Project Description
Artist Statement/Bio: Born in Monclova Coah. México 58 years ago. He got his Bachelor of Science and Mastero of Science at Universidad Autónoma Agraria Antonio Narro in Saltillo, Coah. México and his PhD in Agronomy at Univerity of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has been related to rangelands since his university days when he was part of the plant identification team of his university. Currently is a Professor at Universidad Antonio Narro and coach of his plant id team by 21 years. From a young age he developed his love for photography. He likes to photograph nature: rangeland plants, flowers and animals. He has won first place in the Plant Category in the SRM Photo Contest.
